Call for Demonstrators

We invite you to participate in the ICIR2024 Conference by showcasing your research prototypes or operational systems through interactive demonstrations. Demonstrations offer a unique opportunity to present your work in digital reality and related technologies, providing first-hand experiences to conference attendees. This is an excellent platform to exchange ideas, gather feedback from expert users, and highlight your contributions to the field. We welcome submissions from academia, startups, and industry alike.

Demonstration Submission Guidelines

Your demonstration should present a novel solution to a problem relevant to the ICIR2024 audience. It should effectively answer the following key questions:

  1. Target User: Who is your system designed for?
  2. Purpose and Importance: Why does your system exist, and why is it important?
  3. Problem Addressed: What specific problem does your system tackle?
  4. Functionality and Operation: What does your demonstration do, and how does it work?
  5. Design and Interface: What does your system look like?
  6. Comparison with Existing Systems: How does your system compare with existing solutions?
  7. Impact Potential: How and when might your technology have a technical, commercial, or societal impact?

Submission Requirements

To propose a demonstration, please submit a two-page extended abstract using the IEEE Paper template. Your submission should clearly describe the proposed demonstration and its relevance to the ICIR2024 audience. Accepted submissions will be included in the conference proceedings.
