The IEEE 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Reality (ICIR 2024) will occur in the Auditorium “Laginha Serafim”, and adjacent rooms, of the Department of Civil Engineering of the University of Coimbra, Coimbra, Portugal.

The City
Coimbra is located in the centre of Portugal, by the river Mondego. Having a rich cultural and historical heritage, the city has been called the “city of students”, due to the relevant role of the University of Coimbra in its development and culture. The University is located in three key campuses in Coimbra, named Polo I, Polo II (engineering departments) and Polo III (health campus). Polo I is in the heart of the town’s historical site. Dating back to 1290, the University of Coimbra is one of the oldest in Europe, and the oldest in Portugal, now comprising eight faculties. Plus, the University of Coimbra has been inscribed by UNESCO in the World Heritage List.
