Conference registration will open on September 25th, 2025. We strongly recommend that you join both IEEE and one of the IEEE sponsoring societies before registering for the conference to benefit from the reduced conference registration fee for IEEE and IEEE sponsoring societies members.

(1) Each paper/demo requires at least the registration of one of the authors to be included in the conference program and the conference proceedings.
(2) Authors MUST register by the 25th of October, 2025.
(3) Author registration includes the presentation of one paper or demo. An additional paper or demo costs 250 US dollars.
(4) The student registration fees apply to BSc/MSc/PhD students. Proof of student status will be required.
(5) Members of one of the following IEEE Societies: Robotics and Automation Society, Consumer Technology Society, Electronics Packaging Society, Reliability Society, RFID, Engineering in Medicine and Biology
