General Information

All submissions must be written in English. All papers must be original unpublished work. All papers must be submitted electronically by the deadline. There will be no exceptions.

The suggested length for full papers is 4 pages, including all text, tables, figures, and references. We encourage all authors to use as much of the allowed space to effectively explain their work.

Our conference will accept full papers up to 6 pages in length. However, overlength fees will apply for the additional pages, pages 5 and 6.

Please use the template provided HERE (MS Word) or HERE (Latex) to prepare your paper.

Corresponding Author

Each paper submitted to ICIR must have a designated author assigned. The designated author is the corresponding author. The corresponding author is responsible for all activities related to the paper submission. The corresponding author acts as the assigned manager of the paper and should have the authority to speak collectively on behalf of all authors.

Review Process

Each submitted paper will be reviewed by members of the international program committees assigned by the Technical Committee. Reviews are traditional single-blind peer reviews where the identity of the reviewer is not visible to the author(s).

The qualitative and quantitative feedback from the reviews and other factors of consideration for the conference will be gathered to determine whether the papers should be either accepted or rejected for the conference.

IEEE takes the protection of intellectual property very seriously. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism using Cross Check. By submitting your work, you agree to allow IEEE to screen your work for plagiarism: http://www.crossref.org/crosscheck/index.html

Final Submission

Authors of accepted papers will be advised of next steps and will be required to move forward with additional requirements and deadlines related to the final submission process. In accordance with IEEE Policy and the IEEE PSPB Operations Manual, all papers must transfer copyright of the paper to IEEE before publication.

Author Mandatory Registration

The full paper must be presented at the ICIR conference by at least one of the listed co-authors in order to be included in the conference proceedings published in IEEE Xplore. The presenter(s) must register at the appropriate author rate no later than October 28, 2022.

Each author registration will support up to two accepted full papers, or one accepted full paper and one accepted 1-page abstract.
